Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer Free Domestic Shipping to all delivery in India. Shipping inside India is referred as Domestic Shipping. Some locations which are remote may attract special delivery charges. Our team will connect to you in this case once order is placed.
International Shipping Fees
We offer International shipping at the following rates based on country of destination. All international destination countries are part of different shipping categories. Countries are listed below based on the shipping categories. Currently we ship only to the listed countries.
International Standard 1 – Bangladesh, Indonesia, Japan, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand
International Standard 2 – Qatar, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, United States (US), Australia, New Zealand
We offer discount on Shipping based on total order value. Shipping cost is listed below for loose paper and canvas paintings.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. We ship unframed artworks. We request our international customers to frame the artwork locally in their country to save on shipping costs.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Please note time taken for custom clearance is neither in our control or our courier partner’s control, hence delivery time can increase if customs holds the shipment for any reason.
Once Your order is shipped we Will provide the tracking number
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
International customers must note that our costs do not cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments. These charges vary from country to country and subject to frequent changes – hence we can’t give you an estimate of the same. In rare case, if any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit – we will happily offer you refunds.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
